Warranty

Corsa Concepts warranties its wheels for a period 2-years against manufacturers defects. Our warranty is valid for the original owner only, purchased through an authorized dealer. We do not offer refunds. Owner must retain proof of purchase. Alteration of the wheels may void the warranty. All warranty claims must be handled at our factory, the owner is responsible for shipping to our factory. Once the item has been inspected if a manufacturers defect is found we will repair or replace the product and return the product at no charge. If no evidence of a manufacturers defect is found, we will contact you with your options – including our crash replacement program.

Crash Replacement Program

Our crash replacement program is available for a period of 4-years from the original date of purchase of any of our carbon wheels. It covers any accidental damage to your wheels, which may occur in any number of ways not intended by the user, but are unfortunately common to riding and racing a bicycle. This program will repair and/or replace any damaged items to get your wheel back to as-new condition, but well below the cost of a new purchase. We do this because we love our equipment too and know what it feels like to have to buy new equipment after a mishap.

The crash replacement program cost shall not exceed $400 per wheel.

Warranty Process

To receive warranty related service please contact us to receive a return authorization. Before sending your wheels to us, please remove quick release skewers, cassette and any other personal items. If removal of tubular tires is necessary we will always do our best to remove it without damage, but we will not be held responsible if damage occurs.
